Open the form and go to the Records menu and choose Data Entry....that
will give you just a blank form and won't show the other records.

Alt+R then D

Subject: [mso] Opening access form in empty fields!

Hi All,

I just created a simple access database using Access2002. I want to use
the forms section to fill in any details such as names and phone
numbers. I created this form and that's working fine except that every
time I open up the form I find I have to go through all the previous
entries just to get onto a blank set of fields. I would like to have my
form so that when I open it up all I get are blank fields ready for
filling in and which will populate the associated table. so know I have
gone wrong here somewhere.

Please any helpful instruction on this would be great.

Many hthanks,

Paul.
