[mso] Office XP SP2 and Outlook Rules

Just thought I would share this info with any of you who have been
sharing my grief over the way the rules don't work in Outlook 2k2 when
you first fire it up
Welll.....I'm happy to tell you that this is fixed with the sp2 patch so
you may want to download it. My rules work 100% of the time
now....wooooohoooooo
