If I understand you correctly, you have reinstalled the operating system but cannot reinstall Office? Unless all you want to do is READ yoiur exisiting files (whcih can be accomplished by downloading free readers, at least for Word and probably some other Office files), then you cannot proceed unless you can reinstall Office. If the original was from a computer vendor (Dell, Gateway etc) then try contacting them and explaining. If that fails, your only option is to buy another copy of Office.
