Thanks It was set for FP as editor. I changed it to Notepad still no luck.

It's more than likely a setting in IE which is not a part of Office, but
rather a part of Windows, which probably makes it off topic here. At the
risk of Linda's wrath, Try going to Tools, Internet Options, the Programs
tab in IE and making sure that Notepad is listed as the html editor. IF
that doesn't work, you'd be better off asking in a Windows Group, the best
of which is the WinTips-Tricks group over on Yahoo groups,
