I second that recommendation.
The MVPs have some of the BEST support sites out there for individual
products and lots of FAQ collaborative sites that each team helps to
assemble. A WEALTH of info!
And Tom is a riot. A wonderful guy...not to mention one of the most
knowledgeable folks on OE. He's also one of it's biggest advocates. In
these pictures from the last MVP summit, you can see Tom Koch discussing
OE issues with the top MS VP (and cracking them up I might add...even
though he looks so serious in his pic...down toward the end with caption
"Again...MVPs get to ask about issues that drive us nuts!").
