                Inadvertent is right!  That button on my keyboard is right next 
to my 
Back Arrow button (and just above my Delete button).  I'm always using the 
Back button to erase, so I bet I'm hitting the Insert button and not even 
realizing it.  Thanks everybody.  One pain in the neck down, about a dozen 
to go.
