[mso] New Member -- Word Label and Envelope Question

Hi:  I've just signed up and I hope I will do
this right.

I signed up because I have "known" Linda for a
long While from other lists.  I now have a
problem with Word that I can't find any info on.

I have Win98SE and MS 2000.  I have often used
the envelope and label feature in Word, but now
when I go to it, it is grayed out.

I went thru Ofc 2k Repair and Reinstall operation
but that didn't change anything.

How can I regain the Envelopes and Label function
in Word?
