According to the Knowledge Base (KB) article I was pointed to, the error
happens in some setup situations on O2000 and O2002 and in all circumstances
where 2003 is installed after Works or any program that uses the Office

Is this just for those versions do you know?
I run Works 7 and Office 2000 on the same PC quite happily. This PC
also came with works 7 pre installed.
