If you are using MS Word 2010, you still go to the View tab and click on
"Two Pages".
If you find the type is too small and you want to increase the font size
while maintaining two pages, you can hold down the Ctrl button while moving
the mouse wheel up. Each click of the mouse wheel up (or down) changes the
font size by one size.
