[mso] More on my use of Outlook to send groups of emails

Suppose that in my Outlook contacts I have hundreds of people.

I wish to select those who have a particular category assigned.

Once selected I wish to send each one, individually, an email which
incorporates information from their record, showing them what is in their
record so that they might correct it.

Generally, how would I go about this?
