[mso] Microsoft Outlook error

Hi,
I am trying to save lots of messages (Msoft Outlook) from a *.pst file onto
my desktop. Selecting a whole bunch and dragging and ropping them should be
the solution, however, I get the following errors:
(1) "Error occurred while copying file" (then hit "OK"
(2) second dialogue box says "Task cannot be performed for remote mail
message headers. Download the complete messages and then cokmplete the
task".
I have no idea what this means.
Any ideas ? Thanks.
