I do have Outlook 2000 but then if a person upgrades sounds like you're stuck? I'm wanting a fairly simple customer contact database to manage customer contacts for our commercial cabinet shop. Thanks,Lynda Date: Wed, 29 May 2002 09:38:24 -0400 From: Linda Johnson <linda@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [mso] Re: Microsoft Office Small Business Customer Manager <<It looks like I would need to switch from Outlook Express to Outlook first.>> Not just Outlook, but Outlook 2000 specifically.....I can't even get it to work with Outlook 2002 so I suspect it only works with 2000 Here's the article I found that says it only runs on OL 2k, tho it says it doesn't work on EARLIER versions and doesn't mention Office XP: http://support.microsoft.com/directory/article.asp?ID=KB;EN-US;Q223837&; So, unfortunately, it's on my hard drive but I can't seem to run it to even tell you how I like it Anybody else use it? What exactly do you want to do with it, Lynda? If we know your needs, maybe we can suggest other programs? Or maybe Outlook alone has enuf of what you want ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe Or, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu.
