Well...I can't find this error specifically...but everything I find
relating to Word/Outlook and "synchronous" points to Exchange
Server....is this happening at Work, using Exchange Server? If so,
contact your network administrator, since I doubt this is something you
can fix.
If you aren't running Outlook on a network with Exchange Server, than I
would try a Detect and Repair....or see if this happens when you
copy/paste inside Word alone? Or see if it happens if you DON'T use
Word as your email editor?

When I use control-c in Outlook( using word as the editor) in order to
paste something when I am answering a reply to a message I get a box
that says
"Microsoft Word - An outgoing call cannot be made ---since an incoming
synchronous call is being made"
Any ideas why?
