Very frequently, after printing the Document, we discover that there are several spelling or grammatical mistakes that have not been corrected. Is it possible to set up word in such a way that the operator is first forced to correct all spelling or grammatical mistakes before he can take the print out? That is he should not be allowed to print the document unless he has spell checked the entire document, or in the alternative as soon as he gives the print command a message may be flashed on the screen that the document is not spell checked. Can such setting, or any other to achieve the desired goal of not taking a print out unless the document is spell checked be made? Any Ideas??? Thanks so much for any help. Best Regards.
