Thanks I will try This I had it one time done but couldn't remember how or
when as I slept once or twice sense I did it <g> old men get that way you

Hi Gene
This is for Word (I'm using Word 97):
Right click an empty spot on the toolbar
choose customise from the drop down menu
click the commands tab
from the list on the left choose macros
drag the macro you want on to the toolbar and keep it
selected
click on modify selection
make any changes you want to the image, style etc
click close
This is for Excel (I'm using Excel 97):
Right click an empty spot on the toolbar
choose customise from the drop down menu
click the commands tab
from the list on the left choose macros
drag a button onto the toolbar and keep it selected
click modify selection
click assign macro
choose the macro and click ok
click modify selection again and make any changes you
want to the image, style etc
click close
