It's his normal.dot file....evidently something got saved there and that's
the file that opens when you open a new blank document....read my Word

Hi,
Can you help a colleague please? He tells me that since he was working on a
particular document, every time he opens Word the same document opens
instead of a blank page.
I do not know how to help him, but suspect it has something to do with
templates. I would like to know for my own future reference - no doubt it
will happen to me sooner or later!
