Then you should learn how the groups work because there are SEVEN replies to
your question. Several people spent time trying to help you. If you never
received the any replies, you should check your spam folders or check the
settings you've applied to make sure you have it set to send you email. 

I'm sorry if you feel my comments are rude. But asking for help and then
never replying to those who volunteer their time to try to help you...and
going to another group and asking more people for help with the same problem
is considered very rude in these groups, too!
