Hello Cathy,   Thank you for pursuing this.

I had these options when I setup my database, Table view Queries view and=
 Form view.  I choose Queries view.  Then I set up a form from there.  When=
 I set up my form one of the field options was "memo"  When I look at my=
 form  all the groups of information have joined vertical and horizontal=
 joined lines around the information. I call these joined lines a  "BOX" 

The box with the disappearing information is the one called "memo"
