Actually John....I just did it from Access and it's pretty easy...In Outlook, just go to File>Import and select "Import from a File"...then choose Microsoft Access and browse to your database....then tell Outlook to put it in your contacts folder (or make a new subfolder in contacts before you do this, if you want to keep these separate)...then the next step shows you all the tables in your Access database and you can choose the one you want to import....worked pretty well here.
