You may want to select all cells on the worksheet and then use Copy --> Paste
Special --> Values to easily eliminate all formulas, etc. anywhere on the
worksheet. I suggest pasting into a new blank worksheet. Just be certain to
save this new version as a separate file name or separate worksheet in the same
workbook.
I prefer saving it as a worksheet in the same workbook to easily retain the
original to check where the numbers came from. Then if I would need to send
that worksheet to someone I would just Copy the worksheet to a Blank workbook
and save that new workbook to send.

i) copy
ii) paste special (values) -> paste on the same cell!
