[mso] Re: How to Organize them links, Christine, when the Ginko Biloba ain't working

Actually, I do this, I save my favorites to a web page and put it on my
personal site without a link so that I can find websites whether I'm
home or not. I just never thought about adding the additional
information. I'm going to put that on my list of things to do, it
really sounds like it would be useful for me.

Thanks for the tip Linda.

Great tip Linda. You could think about saving yourself the constant CD
burning by saving the HTML file to a protected area of your own website
=3D so that you can access it from anywhere!

<<I need a database of things I might find useful in the future and =3D
where I read it>>

That day I spent creating folders and organizing my favorites was well =
=3D
worth it...now I can add to my favorites and quickly change the name of
the =3D page and put it in the correct folder in a few seconds....and
then, =3D periodically I use IE'S export favorites feature to move my =
most
current favorites to =3D my less used machines. And, now that my
favorites are organized in =3D folders, when I export them to that html
file, it shows all the folders as =3D headings, with the links listed
under them. It's a great way to travel. When I =3D go to see Vic in
Canada, I just export my favorites and burn that file onto a =3D CD and
then I can access all my favorites from his machine while I'm there. =3D
Way handy.
