Marty,
The default value in the field will be filled in when you create the =
record. The value should remain at that unless you change it manually. =
Try it out and see if it works.

I guess I think people can read my mind. I want to put the date and time =
in=3D
a record and have not change so when I go back to it I know what I did =
on=3D
that date. I mostly will use this to know when I sent an invoice.=20
