[mso] Helping a Colleague

I am attempting to help a colleague.
This is what she wrote me.

1. I am using MS Outlook 2000. When I click on Tools, there is Options, but
Account does not appears there. Is that in some other place?
2. When I click on an email link like mailto:test@xxxxxxxx I get this error
message:
MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, The object could not be found.
3. I cannot right click anymore on an email. It no longer does anything.
