There is only one PST file which is associated with two folders when I
delete information from one Personal folder the same information is
deleted in the other folder .the third folder can not be open up keeps
saying the same  message in previous email. I even tried to copy the PST
file and then delete all information .then reinstall program again and
still get he same results..3  personal folders associated .the new
installed program......John

Did you try closing Outlook and deleting the pst files you don't want?

Tried that Linda and nothing happens. I get the message : The set of
folders could not be open. The Dll for the information service could not
be found. Mapi was unable to load the information service pstprx.dll. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.   John

Right click on the ones you want to get rid of and choose "Close
<whatever it's called>"...then search your computer for *.pst and find
the pst files you don't want and delete them.
