If I want some a part of something printed, I select, copy and paste it into a new instance and print. Though all your printing options are still there, just click that for colored squares in the upper most right for your options. As for sending things to those with Word 2003 and before, just do a save as then save it as a doc file, not the new 2007 docx file. How? Same place, click the four colored squares. There is no need to run both on your computer. Cordially, Steven Fredette President http://www.prowebsites.net Indianapolis, Indiana. Someone sent me a Word document created in 2007 & I could not download the converted. So, I went out & bought a copy of Student version 2007 & installed it. Big mistake! Everything opens up in Word & Excel 2007...all my spreadsheets & documents. I took one look at Word 2007 & realized I should think about taking a class in it. I wanted to find File > Print...and there is no File to be found. I do not have the time to be trying to figure out this new version, so I hoped that I could continue using Word & Excel 2003. I assist a senior community with their computer issues & most all of them have Word 2003. Now when I send them something in Word they will not be able to open it unless they try to get the converter or buy the program. I can assure you they will not want to go for training just to use Word. Is there a way that I can have both on my computer but using Word 2003 as default? Or do I need to uninstall the student package of Word & Excel? By the way, where would I find the option to do partial printing in Word 2007?
