[mso] Get Office programs to stretch across a widecreen

I have a customer who had a highly infected computer. I backed up the data,
ran the built-in recovery program, and restored her programs and data.
Office 2003 was part of the factory restore. She says that her Office
programs used to stretch across the entire widescreen of her laptop, but I
can find nothing at Microsoft of how to do this.
Does anyone know how to do this?
