As I'm sure you know, Office XP has released SP2 (Service Pack # 2...the
second release of fixes for Office XP). If you're using Office XP, here
is some additional info that you might find helpful.

The client version of this service pack will be downloadable from Office
Tools on the Web via the Product Updates page
http://office.microsoft.com/ProductUpdates/default.aspx) and the
Download
Center (http://office.microsoft.com/Downloads/default.aspx). The Admin
version of the service pack will be available for download from the
Office Resource Kit web site (http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/xp/)
along with content focused on deployment of the patch.

Included in the Admin patch is a set of 'full file' replacement .MSP
files that enable users to update an Office XP installation without the
requirement to insert the original installation source CD.

Office XP SP2 installation will fail if SP1 has not already been
installed.

The KB IDs for the fix list articles are listed below...to view these
articles, go to www.microsoft.com and enter the Q# into the SEARCH input
in the upper/left. The results will provide direct links to these
articles, along with any other articles that might reference these KBs.
