Has anyone gotten this to work with Outlook 2002? When I change from subject to conversation, and then use the group by, it still doesn't put the original post with the responses. I added conversation to the fields and removed subject. I then did a right mouse click on the field names, clicked on customize current view, then did group by conversation. What am I doing wrong? Okay...so once before I explained how you can sort posts by setting up a custom view and setting the group by subject. That worked in all groups, except for this one, due to the way the group title [mso] is inserted within the subject and around the RE:...causing the original Q to stand out from all the replies to it. But it appears I found a solution (again<g>). Rather than setting the group to SUBJECT...set it to CONVERSATION! This appears to keep ALL subject together...even the wacky ones from this group!<ducking from Linda!> I THINK this option is available in all (most) previous versions of Outlook. I'm using 2003...but believe it was around before.=20 Click on the folder with your support posts (or you inbox...whichever you need to sort). Click View > Arrange by (or whatever your version says that's similar) > Custom and set GROUP BY to CONVERSATION. I tried it and now the Qs are grouped with all the RE: replies. Hope this helps...
