(If this is a repeat, sorry. It didn't come through to me; I assume because of my previous subject lind.) Was: "Make It Stop, Strega Nona! Make It Stop" My apologies to Tomie De Paola and all of you group members, but... Just as Big Anthony didn't see Strega Nona blow three kisses at her pasta pot when she said the words to stop it making pasta... I must have done something. I have a two page, Word 2002 report consisting of text and tables. I've used tables to maintain spacing so some of them are three fixed height rows and some are only one "at least" height rows. Well... when I went to preview the report it start "repaginating" and wouldn't stop. When it got over nine thousand pages I interrupted it. Then I tried to print only the first and second pages. Again, before it would start printing, Word insisted on "repagination." I couldn't find a way to delete anything after page two. In normal mode it doesn't even look like there are more than two pages. I tried copying the text and tables of page one (without the header or footer) and pasting the selection into a blank document. All of the thousands of pages came along. I tried highlighting each table to check properties, lest I have set up rows to continue on next page. No effect! Anyone?! Please!? Strega Nona!? I'm sorry I touched your pasta pot! Paul -------------------- Paul R. Darnell, D.Min. Pastoral Counselor Fellow, AAPC My opinions are my own and do not represent either of my employers: Richard H.
