If you want to remain column A and row 1 visible when scrolling in a =

=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=

The answer is: use Freeze panes.

Freezing panes allows you to select data that remains visible when =
scrolling
in a sheet.=20
For example, keeping row 1 and column A labels visible as you scroll.

To freeze a pane, do one of the following:=20
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D
1. The top horizontal pane: Select the row below where you want the =
split to
appear.
2. The left vertical pane: Select the column to the right of where you =
want
the split to appear.=20
3. Both the upper and left panes: Click the cell below and to the right =
of
where you want the split to appear.=20
On the Window menu, click Freeze Panes.=20

In your case:=20
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D
Click the cell B2
On the Window menu, click Freeze Panes

To unfreeze panes, do the following:=20
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D
On the Window menu, click UnFreeze Panes.=20

If you want column A and row 1 to be printed on each page when printing =
a
sheet.
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
=3D
=3D=3D=3D
The answer is: use Page Setup.

On the File menu, Page Setup, Tab Sheet, Print Titles
Click in text box "Rows to repeat at top of each page:"=20
Click on the left side of row 1 (in text box appears $1:$1)
Click in text box "Colums to repeat at left:"=20
Click on column B (in text box appears $B:$B)=20
Optionally Print PreView
Click on OK button.

If you want to print on each page the first 2 rows (Header and =
Sub-Header)
and the first 3 columns (ID, Date, Session) do the following:
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D

On the File menu, Page Setup, Tab Sheet, Print Titles
Click in text box "Rows to repeat at top of each page:"=20
Select row 1 and row 2 (in text box appears $1:$2)

Subject: [mso] Excel columns

Hello everyone!

It has been a LONG time since I posted. :-) I have an
Excel spreadsheet that is very long and wide. I want
to know how I can make column A stationary so that
when I tab over to column L or AA, I can still see
column A and I don't have to go allllll the way back
to column A to figure out what I am making changes to.
I want to do the same thing for row 1. Does that
make sense?
