Hi Group, A friend wants to update a Word file I sent him. His version is Word95, and my version is Word 2002, therefore, he can't even open the document I sent. As a second try, I re-saved the document in Rich Text Format, and sent that to him. While I await his report, I am wondering if there is a better way to make a word 2002 document editable by a user who is running Word95. Another idea I had (but haven't acted on yet) is to upload it to a website as a web page with the idea that he could then capture it from the web, and then strip out the HTML coding. The document doesn't contain a lot of fancy formatting or tables or graphics, but it does have headers and footers with pagination. Thanks for the advice.
