 It is a very good idea to never include spaces in column names. This is an 
example of that. Change the code to this and it will work.

DoCmd.OpenReport stDocName, acPreview, , "[Type Of Position] = '" & Me.cboZip & 
"'"

The brackets are required around column names when used in criteria expressions 
like this.
