[mso] Excel - locked cell

I have a cell that is not exactly locked - I can type in it and erase that
typing. I cannot delete the cell. If I try to delete the row, the cell just
pops up in the next row. I cannot right click - It has all options blocked. I
cannot choose to anything it. If I select all cells around it and delete, they
delete but it stays. It kind of acts like a label or title because I can type
in it. I cannot change the format - there are no options listed except to lock
the whole worksheet or delete the whold worksheet. I tried 'save as' like my
book suggests to see if it would reset itself. Didn't work. How do I get rid of
this monster cell?
