I found out what happen. I have the book shared. I took it off shared and
could see the options to use it.

Do you have at least a blank spreadsheet open in Excel? You can't do this
if there isn't a spreadsheet open...in that case Import Data WILL be greyed
out.

Import Data is grayed out. I even installed. It is stilled tryout.

In Excel, go to the Data menu and choose Import External Data..then choose
Import Data...browse to your Access Database and double click on it...then
choose the table that holds the data
