I'm not real good with network stuff either, Cathy, so I can't help you. But it sounds like Microsoft's SharePoint is going to give you exactly what you want. Being a part of the Office 2007 beta team, Microsoft just gave me a webspace to test Sharepoint and man, is it ever cool....tho I'm stumbling around in there at this point, just trying how to configure it all....I need a week just to read the Help files from cover to cover LOL But, let's hope someone in here has some ideas for you that will work NOW.
