Folks, If you can help, I'll dance at your wedding, relatives wedding, or just dance in general. I have developed a program in MS Excel 2003 that automatically performs every single manual task that is required to maintain my company's golf league, but at present it's tons of memory. We have 182 members and 18 teams, and the program has to keep up with each individual, each team, and each tournament (20 per season). A lot of work for the program, i.e. a lot of memory, since each formula has to be repeated over and over for each member, team, etc. But if I could figure out how to build a single cell that only acts as a subroutine to satisfy the hundreds of cells that require that same formula, the program would be much more generous and I could develop it even further. What I'm saying is: say Paul , John, George, and (heck) Ringo play as a foursome. Each requires the same formula to acquire his weekly handicap. Is there a way to task this function to a single "subroutine" cell and paste the result for each golfer, rather than repeating the same function four times?
