Hi. I'm having problems with the below formula. The only problem is that

What the formula does in general is figure insurance commissions - if =
the amount of the insurance is 0, I want 0 to result. If the amount is
= anything over 100,000, I want the formula to give me the commission
and add 75.
Please note that the commission structure is tiered so that if the deal
= is 50mm, the commission is one rate up to 5mm, a different rate from
5mm to 10mm and a different rate over 10mm and up to 50mm - the
resulting commission from each tier gets added to the next tier to get
the = commission
