It is the trauma of initial set up.  You need to do for each one.  I
don't think that pulling down will drag the formula down....you could
try.  With it being a link, I believe that works different.

I utilize pivot tables the most. (working on getting a report writer)  I
am finding that if I have two - five smaller needs within a larger data
point.  I will create 5 pivot tables in one file so that refreshing data
will update all.  I do this and save the larger file in Sharepoint
(there is a free version from Microsoft) This allows you to store the
larger file on the web and not have to worry about the size and e-mail.

The only thing is I will have to do this for each cell, is there a way
of doing it for the entire sheet?

Or am I trying to be over complicated?
