It is the trauma of initial set up. You need to do for each one. I don't think that pulling down will drag the formula down....you could try. With it being a link, I believe that works different. I utilize pivot tables the most. (working on getting a report writer) I am finding that if I have two - five smaller needs within a larger data point. I will create 5 pivot tables in one file so that refreshing data will update all. I do this and save the larger file in Sharepoint (there is a free version from Microsoft) This allows you to store the larger file on the web and not have to worry about the size and e-mail. -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Suzie Drake Sent: Monday, June 22, 2009 8:25 AM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Re: Excel Help! Brilliant that works! The only thing is I will have to do this for each cell, is there a way of doing it for the entire sheet? Or am I trying to be over complicated? > Subject: [mso] Re: Excel Help! > Date: Mon, 22 Jun 2009 08:15:03 -0400 > From: kscherer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > > Could it also be as simple as ....
