[mso] Excel 2003 navigation

I just opened up Excel for the first time today and discovered that I
can no longer navigate between cells using the arrow buttons. If I hit
the down arrow, the entire worksheet scrolls downward. I must have
clicked on something or done a keystroke that I didn't realize, to make
this start happening. Anyone know how to change it back?
Thanks,
Elise
