Ah-Ha - saviour again.

Odd that - I usually make a point of selecting everything to 'install on
first use' anyway, problem solved - glad it was simple ;)

Thanks,

Dave.

Hi Dave

Is this empty in all the programs or just one? Did you do a typical install
or a custom install and be sure you installed everything?

If you go to Add/Remove Programs in the control panel and click on Office,
there's an option in there to add/remove components....I think the component
for VBA help is called "Programming Help"...make sure that's installed.

I need help... literally,

I'm running Office XP, and can happily use the help facility in each
application, however when I go to the help when I'm in the Visual Basic
editor the help screen appears as expected (over the left 1/4 of the
screen), but it's all blank - just a grey screen.

I've tried an office detect and repair, but without any luck - any ideas
what else I could try?

I have a "Visual Basic for Apps 6.0" CD here in the office (which I have not
installed) - should I install that?

Thanks for any help,

Dave.
