Elise,
How big is his PST? Also, does it help any to compact the PST? (File--> Data
File Management, select the right account, click settings, click compact.)

Subject: [mso] Disappearing events in Outlook 2003

A co-worker of mine is having a crazy problem with Outlook 2003. He
enters a new appointment in his calendar and after about 15 seconds, it
disappears. He said it's been going on for about the past two weeks.
He did a System Restore back to three weeks ago and that didn't fix it.
He ran a Detect and Repair on Office and that didn't fix it. He
actually went so far as reinstalling Outlook and it didn't fix it (that
was his idea, not mine - I didn't think that would fix it if the other
stuff didn't), so I'm wondering if anyone has seen this before. We
don't think he has any filters applied to the calendar - could it be
anything else?

Thanks,
Elise
