Thanks Linda. We checked all the settings and couldn't find
anything unusual. We decided to delete normal.dot and it
worked after that, so obviously we had a problem with
normal.dot.
Very weird.

Maybe they don't have them turned on? Tell them to go to
the Reviewing toolbar and click on the Show button and make
sure Comments is checked.=20
