[mso] Re: Charles' header

I'm using Outlook 2002 and I'm not seeing the headers, if
that helps any.

It's possible it's Outlook users only who are seeing it, but
that makes it even weirder since Charles' question is about
Outlook, so I'm assuming he's using Outlook too and none of
the rest of us Outlook users produce those kinds of headers
when we post to this group. It must be some setting he's
using or something, but I'll be darned if I know what it is
