Now that you tell me I can color code calendar events I'm ready to do the
upgrade. I have the full version of Office 2002 pro sitting here but have
been hesitant to upgrade because I wasn't sure just how to do it. Can
anyone tell me if you can use the full version to just do an upgrade? If so,
will I lose any of my settings or info? Right now I have Office 2000 pro.
Any info you can give me or direct me to would be appreciated. I hate
having to mess with my office software when it seems to be working ok. But
I'm ready to tackle this, I suppose.

Charles...the colors you are referring to are for email....as you can
see by the subject line of this post, tj is asking about color coding
events in the CALENDAR.

Tj....the only thing you can color in Outlook 2000 is the background of
the whole calendar...not the different events, like you can in 2002
(kinda like Excel 2002 lets you color code your sheet tabs)
