I know that you can make a calendar item private. But without putting every appointment on my bosses calendar as private, is there any way in Office 2007 to restrict someone from forwarding the invitation? We are having a problem with someone forwarding the calendar event (they have editor privileges that my boss does not feel comfortable taking away from that person). They are forwarding information on to others that should not receive ALL of the information in the event. I have asked them not to forward the event, but give someone the information out of the event that they might need, not everything! Thanks Pat ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu at the top.
