[mso] Archiving in Outlook 2000

Hello All,
I see that when I go to archive manually, there is a checkbox which says
"Include Items with 'Do Not Archive' Checked". Hmm, now there are sometimes
items I would like to exclude from archiving. Where do I find this "Do Not
Archive" option?
