Apologies. The subject should have been changed from: RE: [mso] Re: Access file closes upon attempt to use it. MS ACCESS 2000 To: Adding fields to an Access database? Got too much going at the same time, I think. Robert -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Robert Carneal Sent: Tuesday, March 22, 2005 2:02 PM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Re: Access file closes upon attempt to use it. MS ACCESS 2000 Ok, got the data imported, and I have added two fields; Comment1 and Comment2. Upon trying to use them, the message pops up at the bottom saying: Control can't be edited, it's bound to unknown field 'Comment1'. I have no clue what that means. "#Name?" appears in the field, and when I try to type over it, nothing happens. Can anyone tell me how to correct this please? Remember I am new to this <g>. Thank you.
