[mso] Actors (was Well, that didn't work; re Office 97)

I found the Actors folder in the Microsoft Office folder. The folder
contains two files -- CLIPPIT.ACT (458 KB) and LOGO.ACT (349 KB), and they
both were Modified 12/20/96 (LOL). However, the Inbox Assistant and the
Out-Of-Office Assistant are still grayed out in the Tools menu. So I guess
maybe this old version just can't make them work on a Win98 machine.
