Sandy, Access is a superb program, very versatile and user friendly, I am a big fan. Linda has an Access tutorial on her site, http://personal-computer-tutor.com/, and this forum has been an excellent source of support. Yes, you can change the tables around. If your program for organizing data is an off the shelf program that you may not be able to get in and work with the tables, you can import them or link to them in another access database and handle all your customizations there. Once you get into Access, you begin to find uses for it you didn't know were possible, even across the Office suite, merging with Word, linking to Excel worksheets . . . the possibilities are huge! Go for it! :) "Sandy Kay" <knightwriter101@ya To: <mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> hoo.com> Sent by: cc: mso-bounce@freelist s.org Subject: [mso] Access questions 08/17/2005 08:13 AM Please respond to ..... mso What can you do with access?
