April-

The code from my other post will only open the form if the checkbox is
checked. To control the size of the form, in its properties set it (under
the other tab) to PopUp = yes. From there you can also set a few other
properties of the form so it will center when open, be modal ect...

Ok... Found the Macro Builder ... I right clicked on the checkbox and when
to builder instead of properties... Ok I got it to Open the form when you
clicked on the checkbox... but I have two questions now... A) how do I
control the size of the form that it opens (I don't want it to be maximized
(I want them to see the main form behind this form) and B) how to I control
it so that it ONLY opens the form if the button is check?

Anthony... When I click on the dropdown box for AfterUpdate, it gives me one
choice [event procedure] and does nothing... or I can click on the ...
button and go to vb, but I don't know how to say Show.sfrmCltMailingaddy if
box is checked.

I remember once (maybe it was in 97) it would give you the option in the
dropdown for a macro builder... I don't see that now.

Can somebody please help me (tell this non-access vb writer) the event
procedure code that I need for a form. Here is the scenario:

While filling out the frmClientInfo Form, if they click on the checkbox
cbxCltMailingAdd to signify that the physical address is different from the
mailing addy I want the sfrmClientMailingAddy form to automatically pop-up
and make them fill it out.

Thanks.

April
